The property has been furnished in keeping with its quirky and unique character and has both a logburner and full gas central heating. The Coastguard Lookout sleeps 4 people, with one double bed and a separate room containing bunk beds. The layout of the property is as follows:-
Ground Floor
Steps up to entrance lobby. Staircase to first floor. Separate WC.
Living/ dining room with wood burner, will keep you cosy in the winter months. Wood provided for first fire. Freesat TV/DVD
Small well equipped ‘L’ shaped kitchen with small fridge/freezer, induction hob and all in one oven/microwave/grill.
First Floor – Landing with small storage area/dressing room
Bedroom one with a double bed and views across the Wash from both windows.
Bedroom two with full size bunks and sea views from both windows.
Bathroom with bath having shower over, washbasin and WC, shaver point.
Please note access to bathroom from the bunk room is through the other bedroom.
Top Floor – Lookout Tower
In the tower there is a bar top and high stool seating gives a stunning 270 degree view out to the sea! Do not forget your binoculars and camera. There is heating in this area of the building so a great place at anytime of year. From here is a door to access the full walk around balcony with secluded terrace which itself provides stunning views to the golf course and Old Hunstanton.
Parking is within the fenced gated area of the Coastguard Lookout. There is an area to sit out on the gravelled garden using the fold up garden chairs.
No pets allowed but please note for those with allergies that the owner brings their own dog.
Bed linen and bath towels included (please note beach towels are not provided so please bring your own).
